Love The Road

read 2 min

I still remember it was a very windy and rainy day during my visit to Porto, Portugal in September 2020. Since I had only one day to visit the city before going south, I went out and walked around the city without concerning about the weather..

My clothes were not very suitable for the rain, but it was not important… Sometimes, life makes you smile with unexpected challenges… I was walking with only one black shirt under the rain that was getting heavier after dinner (No jacket, no pullover). And that black shirt… I was planning to wear it for a few more days in the South…

When I arrived at the famous bridge, I was already wet. However, I was really happy and felt super light on there although being wet makes you feel heavier… 🙂 It was such a purification moment with the rain in the beautiful city.

Just before 1 week of that trip, I had no plan to have a holiday. Being spontaneous… Maybe it was the way for me to go enough away from the problems I was trying to escape …

The photo of this post reminds me that all the little things that I have been experiencing just constitute a very little part of my path. Therefore, it is really not important to worry or having concern about them… This selfie I took with a smile in very wet conditions made me aware of it. It was a reflection… Maybe it is like a simple selfie but when I look at it again, I just remember that feeling and the awareness…

I love this side of the holidays. It is a great opportunity to think freely and feels refreshed. There is actually another blog post about this, you can check it out here…

Another advantage of creating your own adventure in a trip is taking pictures, right?

Hey, you! 👀

Bridges…

The transition… From a situation to another one…

The bridge I was on had another bridge view at the left side.

The bridge is actually the lightest place for you. The bridge is the passage of which you left behind what you lived and you have not yet overcome what you will live …

Without afraid of getting lost in the dark, find a trace, be brave and trust yourself..

The right side of the bridge.

As final words, I would say always being in a search of the bridge that could connect you to other you…
