It may be seen as a book for runners or runner writers. However, at the same time, those seeking a life-time hobby that will change the habits, ways of increasing productivity should also read this book. Also, it was a conversation between the writer and me. By the way, Haruki Murakami is a very well-known author. With this book, he published a different format rather than his other novels.
